When I was down in Dallas in the beginning of February I was lucky enough to meet with Ndamukong Suh, NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year for the '10/'11 season. We spoke about what went into his decision process in choosing a college, and ways to stand out as a high school recruit, among many other things.
Ndamukong also gave some insight as to what it was like working with the scientists at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute. We're all looking for that extra edge both mentally and physically and Gatorade has helped hundreds, if not thousands of world class athletes reach the outer limits through nutrition and training.
Tune in below to listen to the whole interview.
